A. Fundraiser information- Each dancer is asked to sell 10 items or donate $20

B. Dancer Items

1. Rules and safety info.

2. hair and costume info.

3. pick up after rehearsals

4. no changing casts

5. Costume fittings Oct. 20-24- Sheila needs parent help during class this week.

C. Marketing

1. Posters and fliers (50 per student; 25 for young dancers)Distribute to friends and neighbors

2. Trick-or-treat Street (Olympic Oval Oct. 24th) Please sign up.

3. Flier distribution kick-off Nov. 22nd 2:00 pm at ABA

4. Wal-Mart door distribution- Nov. 15th 9-2 Please sign up.

5. School and classroom posters and tickets (email Sheila # of students in your child’s class)

6. Like ABA on Facebook, let all your friends know about performances; Twitter, Instagram, etc.

7. Any other marketing ideas or connections (radio, TV, newspapers, etc.)??

D. Photos

1. Shanna King photos- Dec. 6th 9-4 ABA West Jordan location (1646 W Sunrise Place)

2. ESR Photography- pre-ordered collage posters (2 action shots and cast photo for $15); take

E. Help still needed

1. Party parents and party boys

2. Clara’s Party organizer and helpers (Dec. 20th after matinee at Middle School)

3. Volunteer Binder (turquoise binder to be left at studio)

an order form (form and $ due by Dec. 16th)

a. Each dancer will receive 2 comp tickets just for being involved in The Nutcracker

(you may pick these up during the 2 dress rehearsals)

b. More comp tickets can be earned by volunteering —the sky’s the limit!!

c. We need every parent’s help to make this a successful and memorable experience.
